Taxdecor's Return and Exchange Policy allows you to exchange items purchased within 7 days for any reason. You are welcome to try on the products, but please ensure they remain unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. If your item has a Seal Tag, it must remain attached and undamaged to avoid any issues during the exchange process.

You can return the product to us through the following method:

Self-Ship: If a pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you may ship the item back to us. We will reimburse the shipping costs as Taxdecor credits, provided the return complies with our policy and you share a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us.

Please keep the following points in mind:

• Products can only be exchanged, not returned. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at taxdecor@gmail.com.

• Non-returnable products or categories are not eligible for exchange.

• Taxdecor will not be liable for products returned by mistake. If an extra or incorrect product is sent, we will not be responsible for its return or replacement.

Once the exchange is successfully completed, we will process the refund and credit the amount to your bank account within 7 working days.
